    Let us know ahead of time to prepare. We do not clean items such as computers, areas containing bodily fluids or excretions, and litter boxes. Please call the office to request any other items you wish us to avoid.
  • …I want to provide my own cleaning supplies?
    We use completely biodegradable and environmentally-friendly products. However, if you prefer a specialty product, please inform us in advance and leave it with instructions for your team.
  • …the cleaning team needs access to my home?
    Entry arrangements will be discussed at the time of your estimate. Many customers give us a key, others hide one or show us how to use the security system, or you may plan to be at home. Please inform us of your choice. Our personnel lock the door upon arrival and do not admit anyone including maintenance crews. If we cannot gain access to your home at the time of cleaning, there will be a $50 charge.
  • …I need to pay for my cleaning services? What forms of payment do you accept?
    Payment is expected at the time of service. Our preferred method of payment is by check. Please leave it for pick-up the day of cleaning. Fees will be incurred for late payments and returned checks. Payment by credit card can be arranged as an automatic deduction.
  • …I need to cancel my cleaning services?
    Please call the office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel service for that day. Frequent cancellations may prompt a cancellation fee, a price increase and loss of your scheduled slot or preferred cleaners.
  • …I need to schedule a specific time for my cleaning services?
    Please allow us the flexibility of scheduling our arrival between 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Our services can be arranged on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. We do not provide service on major holidays.
  • …I have a problem with the provided cleaning job?
    We believe that inspections and customer service is the best way to maintain and improve our high quality service. We may call to inquire about the cleaning job. However, we guarantee our work 100%. If there is a serious problem with the cleaning, we will return and correct it. Please bring the problem to our attention no later than 8:00 a.m. the following day.
  • …I have pets?
    Please secure and pick up after them.
  • …when an accident occurs?
    If an accident were to occur, our personnel are instructed to report the damage immediately. We reserve the option to repair or replace the valuable based upon a present dollar value. Put away any valuables or heirlooms to avoid accidents.
